MODERN ARNIS REMY P. PRESAS INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

This seminar was far and away the best seminar yet. Great attendance on both days!
Remy's subject matter was progressive and well planned. Everybody seemed to get it without much confusion. Maybe it is that we have done our homework since last years seminar! But in reality, the subject matter was very presented very well.

Remy opened up with some double stick vs single stick tapi, that eventually went to hand to hand. Very well laid out program and even the beginners got it. This is very important as in the past, some of the material went over the heads of a lot of people.

Datu Worden was his usual restrained self and did an unbelievable set on Sunday, taking double stick sinawalli into uncharted territories. (My shoulders still ache!)

The proof of Remy's teaching style at present proved itself last Tues. evening at class. Vertually all of the seminar attendees were able to perform much of the Saturday morning and even some of the more advanced afternoon techniques. In fact, by the ent of class they were blasting through much of it. With or without sticks.

FYI, rumour has it that we will have an additional seminar in the northern Washington area in June. We're working it out the final schedule and as soon as we have it, we will post up. Additionally, many of the guys at the San Pablo school will accompany him and train with all of the seminar attendees.

This should be a great time for all and a tremendous way to share information with other modern arnis practitioners.
