Blog Visidario Defense video
In an effort to keep people enlightened, interested and amused with the MARPPIO website, we created a custom video that expounds upon a Visidario technique against the #1 strike. Essentially, this is a block-check-counter movement with some slight variation. As with anything MARPPIO, this brief 3:59 video shows the entire translation from stick to empty hand. It is absolutely critical that as you watch this video, understand that there is a commonality between stick vs. stick defense and empty hand. Adjustments must be made to the basic technique in order to make it work from stick to empty hand, however the basic movement that supports this should not change.
